Terms of Service

1. Services

Riding Hood Solutions LLC ("RHS") provides digital executive protection services including Digital Vulnerability Assessments (DVA), Trail Guide subscription plans (Shield, Barrier, Bunker, Fortress), and Cyber Safety Training programs. By purchasing or enrolling in any RHS service, you agree to these terms.

If you have an individually signed service agreement with RHS, such as the Bunker Customer Service Agreement, that agreement controls wherever it conflicts with these terms.

2. Subscriptions and Billing

Trail Guide plans (Shield, Barrier, Bunker, Fortress) are billed on a recurring basis. Shield, Barrier, and Bunker are each offered for one adult or for a couple, billed monthly or annually, as selected or agreed at enrollment. Fortress is billed annually. Your subscription will automatically renew each billing period until cancelled. You may cancel at any time by contacting us at info@ridinghoodsolutions.com. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Bunker enrollment is completed with an RHS analyst under a signed Bunker Customer Service Agreement rather than through online checkout.

Updates to these terms do not change the price or billing arrangement of any existing subscription.

3. Refunds

Digital Vulnerability Assessments are non-refundable once work has commenced. For subscription plans other than Bunker, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Contact us within 7 days of your billing date if you have a billing concern.

For Bunker, refunds are governed by your signed Bunker Customer Service Agreement. Partial-month and prorated refunds are not provided, except where required by law, as stated in that agreement, or where RHS expressly agrees. If a renewal payment is charged after you made a timely cancellation request, we will refund that payment.

4. Scope of Services

RHS provides digital protection and monitoring services on a best-efforts basis. We do not guarantee the complete removal of all personal information from all data sources, as some data broker sites may re-list information or decline removal requests. We will continue to work on your behalf to address new exposures as they are found.

5. Client Responsibilities

To receive our services, you must provide accurate information during intake. You authorize RHS to act as your authorized agent in submitting data removal requests to third-party data brokers and public records sites on your behalf.

6. Confidentiality

RHS treats all client information as strictly confidential. We will not disclose your information to third parties except as necessary to deliver our services or as required by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

RHS's liability to you for any claims arising from our services is limited to the fees you paid in the three months preceding the claim. RHS is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Montgomery County, Tennessee.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify active clients of material changes by email. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
